We are pleased to announce that École Cascade Heights Elementary will be creating parent/caregiver accounts for the MyEducation BC (MyEdBC) Family Portal. These accounts will provide parents and caregivers with secure access to important educational information about their child, including learning updates (report cards), attendance records, and demographic details.
Previously, you accessed the Student Portal using your child’s account login information. If you have another child currently enrolled in a Burnaby high school, you should already have a parent/caregiver account, which you can now use to access your child’s information. If you don’t already have a parent/caregiver account to the Family Portal, you will receive an email later this week with login details, including a username and temporary password. To ensure you receive this email, please add sysadmin@myeducation.gov.bc.ca to your email address book to prevent it from being flagged as spam. (Check your junk/spam/promotions folder in case you don’t receive it, otherwise follow up by contacting the school office)
