As the cold winter season approaches, our school is excited to celebrate the spirit of giving with a school-wide fundraiser in support of Burnaby Food Bank. We will be hosting a fun and festive “Dare to Wear” Spirit Week, and we invite all students to participate!
Here is the theme for each day:
Monday – Holiday Colours Day
Students are encouraged to wear festive colours such as red and green.
Tuesday – Snowman Day
Think white sweaters, scarves, and fun snowman-inspired hats!
Wednesday – Pyjama Day & School Pancake Breakfast
Students may wear comfy, school-appropriate pajamas as we enjoy our pancake breakfast together.
Thursday – Sparkle & Shine Day
Wear anything glittery, shiny, or sparkly—like a disco ball!
Friday – Holiday Character Day
Students may dress up as their favourite holiday character such as Santa, elves, Elsa, Olaf, and more.
We kindly ask families to consider donating $2 or more throughout the week to support this meaningful cause. All proceeds will go directly to Burnaby Food Bank to help families in our community during the winter season.
Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness during a time that can be especially challenging for many families. We truly appreciate your continued support.
